Last week, Tulsa City-County Library came out to speak to second-graders about Books to Treasure, featuring the author Raul the Third! All second-graders received a book to keep and are eligible for a special TCCL library card if they return the application back to school.
The author will also be visiting the Hardesty Library November 7th at 6pm!
