Mass Physical Event Information

Requirements for ALL Student-Athletes

Jenks Public Schools and the OSSAA have a list of prerequisite eligibility requirements for students involved in sanctioned athletic programs. Athletes obtain eligibility to practice and compete on behalf of the school by providing our department with this information upon making a team. All items outlined in this link must be fulfilled  after May 1st every year to maintain eligibility.

The Jenks Sports Medicine Department offers the opportunity for enrolled student-athletes to complete their medical physical requirement through the school annually in May. Details on the 2024 Mass Physical Event can be found below.

Note: If you are transferring into the Jenks Public Schools district, you will NOT be able to turn in your prerequisite forms until the student-athlete is viewable by staff in PowerSchool. Most transfers will be unable to access our RankOne system until July at the earliest. Please reach out if you need earlier access and have a Jenks student ID number for the 2024-2025 school year so we can assist you directly.

2024 Mass Physical Event

Date: May 6th, 2024

Time: 5:00 pm-6:30 pm BY APPOINTMENT ONLY (see details below)

For: Jenks Athletes entering grades 7-12 and High School Marching Band grades 9-12 in August of 2024

Location: Frank Herald Fieldhouse

Cost: $22

Special Instructions: 

In order to manage traffic flow, physicals will be by appointment only.  Appointments will be offered in 12 minute intervals, with limited numbers for each session. You must present a ticket for the appropriate time/session to be admitted inside the building for the physical. PARENTS: please transfer digital tickets in GoFan TO your athlete's email address or by text BEFORE they arrive for their appointment. If they do not have access to that digital ticket, they will be waiting much longer for their appointment.
