During Leadership Day, students led the way through performances, building tours, classroom showcases, and conversations about the goals they’re working toward through the Leader in Me program. They proudly demonstrated how collaboration and leadership help create a stronger school community. Way to lead, JEE!

Dr. Butterfield’s final site visit of the school year took us to the Alternative Center, where students in Ms. Cox’s Career Exploration class worked through a hands-on budgeting challenge. Using beans to represent income, students paid for essentials like housing, groceries, transportation, insurance, and more while also navigating unexpected life events like pay cuts, injuries, and car repairs. These are the kinds of lessons that help students feel ready, capable, and excited for what comes next. Great work, Trojans!
