The Board shall provide the Jenks Classroom Teachers Association (JCTA) with twenty-five (25) days per year for leave to attend conventions and conferences of the Association or its affiliates, or to conduct Association business. JCTA shall reimburse the District for the amount actually or normally paid to a certified substitute teacher for each day utilized.
