Jenks Southeast third-graders have been diving into their research on Famous Oklahomans, and the learning has gone beyond the classroom! Three students took their projects to the next level by researching local Famous Oklahomans and even securing in-person interviews. This unforgettable experience gave students a real-world connection to history, strengthened their communication skills, and made their learning truly come to life.

We are incredibly grateful for Dr. Stacey Butterfield, Jenks Superintendent and Clay Martin, Jenks Athletic Director, for taking the time to visit our campus and sit down with our students for their interviews. We can't wait to see how these projects turn out!
