AP Proctors Needed for Spring AP Tests

AP Proctors are needed for their spring AP Tests. PARENTS CANNOT BE IN A TESTING ROOM WITH THEIR OWN STUDENT. Volunteers for the AM sessions need to report by 7:40am and will stay until around Noon. Volunteers for the PM sessions will need to report by 11:40am and stay until around 4:00pm. Testing begins in May. These are very important and we need dependable, on-time volunteers to help. Thank you!

We ask that you highly consider assisting with one or more tests as these tests are extremely important for our students because it allows them an opportunity to earn college credit based on their score. Additionally, we need numerous volunteers to proctor these tests because we administer almost 30 exams to over 1600 students during these 2 weeks.  These are the slots we are still needing:

We are still looking for volunteers to proctor the  AP Tests.  We need volunteers for the following dates and times:

  • World History Thursday, May 8th , arrive at 11:30 am, 5 hours and 2 min from 12 noon.

  • AP Music Theory Monday, May 12th, arrive at 11:30am, 3 hours from 12 noon.

  • Calc AB/BC Monday, May 12th  arrive at 7:30 am, 5 hours and 2 min from 8:00am.

  • Calc BC Monday, May 12th arrive at 7:30am, 3 hours and 25 min from 8:00am.

  • English Language Wed, May 14th arrive at 7:30am, 3 hours and 25 min from 8:00am  (4 slots)

  • English Language Wed, May 14th arrive at 7:30am, 5 hours and 2 min from 8:00am

  • Physics I Friday, May 16th arrive at 7:30 am, 3 hours and 10 min from 8:00am (2 slots)

  • Spanish Literature Friday May 16th arrive at 7:30am, 3 hours and 20 min from 8:00am.
