These seniors truly represent the spirit of a Trojan. They excel in the classroom, stay active in school programs, and make a positive impact in their community. As finalists for the distinguished Mr. & Miss JHS honor, they reflect not only the Class of 2026, but also a promising future of leadership, innovation, and civic responsibility. Congratulations to these 10 seniors on earning this recognition!

Mr. & Miss JHS Finalists 2026

Tej Beniwal

Tej Beniwal is the son of Vaibhav Beniwal and Suchitra Godara. He is a member of the varsity tennis team and plays the cello in the Symphony Orchestra. Tej is also the founder of the Jenks Birding Club, where he combines his passion for birdwatching with conservation advocacy in the local community. Beyond that, he is the President of HOSA, a two-time TEDxJenks Youth speaker, and an active member of Science Olympiad and Pre-Med Club. His favorite part about his time at Jenks High School has been the meaningful relationships he has built with teachers and peers, along with the opportunities to pursue his interests and make an impact. Tej plans to attend Stanford University on the pre-med track, where he hopes to pursue a career in medicine.

Cody Brown

Cody Brown is the son of Carolyn Dulworth. He is President of Jenks Model United Nations, a co-captain for both the Mock Trial and Debate teams, and is the co-lead intern for the College and Career Office. Cody is also a member of the International Scholars Program and AP Capstone Program. Cody loves Debate and has won a state title, placed 6th at the national tournament, and is ranked 8th globally for NSDA points out of 140,000 active members. His favorite part of JHS has been the community pushing him to achieve more and uplift others. Cody will attend the University of Southern California as a QuestBridge scholar, double majoring in International Relations, focused on the global economy, and philosophy, politics, and economics.

Jeffrey Emmons

Jeffrey “JJ” Emmons is the son of Matt and Tracy Emmons and the older brother of Eli. He currently serves as Vice President of both Drug Free Youth and Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and is also involved in Student Body Leadership, National Honor Society, FCCLA, Math Club, and Asbury Church. JJ played football in the fall and currently plays lacrosse. He was elected Mayor at Boys State, and his academic achievements include the Backyard Bowl Scholarship, Superintendent’s Honor Roll, Jenks Football Principal’s Award and recognition as a National Merit Finalist. Outside of school, JJ has worked at Fiesta Pools and Spas since 9th grade. He would like to thank his parents for always being in his corner, and his teachers and mentors for shaping who he is today. He is very proud to be a Trojan as he prepares to attend the United States Naval Academy next year.

Sahil Patel

Sahil Patel is the son of Nehal and Deepa Patel. He is a Co-Captain of Jenks Mock Trial and Speech & Debate where he has been recognized at both national and state levels. Beyond that, he is the President of Jenks Pre-Med Club and the Lead Organizer for the 2026 TEDxJenks Youth event where he has previously participated as a speaker twice. Sahil is an active member in the International Scholars Program, National Honor Society, HOSA, and the AP Capstone department. His favorite part about his time at Jenks High School has been the amazing teacher and student relationships he has built over the last 4 years. Sahil will be attending a 4-year university next fall on the pre-med track to pursue a career as a physician.

Cooper Peters

Cooper Peters is the son of Brice and Noreen Peters and the youngest brother of Connor, Carson, and Colin. He serves as the Mentorship and Outreach Officer for Student Body Leadership and is a three-year letterman for Jenks Varsity Football. Cooper also volunteers at Tulsa Hills Youth Ranch, works part-time at Genesis Health Clubs, and is an active member of First Baptist Jenks. He is honored to have received the Trojan Football Legacy Award of Excellence. Cooper’s faith plays a major role in his life and continues to guide him in everything he does. He is grateful for the opportunity to represent such an incredible senior class and takes pride in being a part of the Jenks community. After graduation, Cooper plans to attend the University of Arkansas and pursue a career in orthodontics.

Bakhtawar Bibi

Bakhtawar “Bibi” Bibi, daughter of Amjad Khan and Rakhshanda Jabeen, and sister of Sarfaraz and Saad Khan, is proud to be a candidate for Miss Jenks High School. Born in Pakistan, she moved to the United States at the age of five. Bibi is a member of NHS, ISP, Pre-Med Club, Spanish Honor Society, and Key Club. She serves as an organizer for Jenks TEDx Youth, Oklahoma Hall of Fame Teen Board member, and co-founder of the Muslim Student Association. With over 200 volunteer hours, she is passionate about serving her community. Bibi plans to pursue a career in medicine and continue research that improves lives. She would like to thank her family, friends, and teachers for their endless support and guidance.

Katheryne Hodge

Katheryne Hodge is the daughter of Nicole Rackliff. Katheryne is a co-captain of Jenks Speech and Debate and is a 3x State Qualifier. She is a proud member of Mock Trial and has been recognized as Best Witness. She is involved in the International Scholars Program as a member and editor of the journal of cultural experiences and Africa Desk. She has been Class President for three years, is the Science National Honor Society Vice President, and a member of the Pre-Med Society, Birding Club, and more. Katheryne is proud to be a Trojan and has loved her experience at Jenks. She couldn't ask for a better community. She will attend the University of Oklahoma in the fall, double majoring in political science and psychology on the pre-law track.

Marnie Lee

Marnie Lee is the daughter of Jason and Harmony Lee. Marnie is a member of Jenks Theatre, has participated in 12 productions, and has received a recognition of excellence twice for qualifying at the national level. She holds a leadership position in the International Scholars Program for social media, and is a Jenks College and Career intern. She has participated in Pre-Med Society, Drug Free Youth, the Student Body Leadership class, and Student Council. Marnie feels it has been an honor to attend Jenks High School and is especially grateful to her teachers and peers for pushing her to be a better student and friend. She will attend the University of Arkansas in the fall, majoring in pre-public health on a pre-med track.

Ashlynn McCrackin

Ashlynn McCrackin, daughter of Justin and Diane McCrackin, and sister to Reagan, is extremely grateful to be considered for this honor. Ashlynn is an active volunteer at her church, and is a member of the Jenks Lady Trojan Soccer Team, International Scholars Program, Academic Team, Mock Trial, is a TEDx Co-organizer, and serves as the Class Secretary and Science National Honor Society Secretary. Ashlynn would like to thank her teachers and coaches who have invested countless hours into her success, and she is especially thankful for her parents’ support along the way. Ashlynn is undecided on where to matriculate in the fall, but she plans on studying clinical psychology.

Riley Sharp

Riley Sharp is the daughter of Justin and Anna Sharp, and eldest sister to Kaylee and Audrey. At school, Riley serves as the Drug Free Youth President, Events Officer for Student Body Leadership and Student Council, and is an active member of National Honor Society, Distinguished Service Graduate, Pre-Med Society, FCCLA, DECA, Key Club, and FCA. She is currently an intern for Red Bud Physical Therapy. Riley serves her community through Bethany Church’s children’s ministry and worship team. She also manages her own successful business: Riley Bakes Cakes. She thanks her family, friends, and mentors for their constant support and guidance. In the fall, she will begin her next chapter at Oklahoma State University.
