On September 22nd, Jenks East Elementary celebrated the incredible success of our 2025 Dance-a-Thon! Our school not only reached our goal of raising $30,000, but we more than doubled it by raising $68,000! Ninety-five percent of the donation pledges came directly from parents, grandparents, relatives, and friends of our JEE community.
Thanks to all the efforts to raise the money, we are able to bless our students and teachers in so many ways this upcoming school year, including:
Providing school field trips that expand learning beyond the classroom
Supporting
JEE Reads
and a love of literacy for all students
Supplying classrooms with extra resources to help teachers and students thrive
Showing appreciation to our amazing teachers and staff
Hosting special Fun Days in the spring to celebrate our kids in joyful, memorable ways.
We are forever grateful for the impact and level of support to allow us to provide a more enriched education and provide EVERY student at JEE meaningful experiences. Of course, we could not have had such an incredible fundraising event without our volunteers - the parents, grandparents, and friends who gave their time and energy to make Dance-a-Thon possible. They cheered, decorated, organized, and did everything to make it unforgettable for students and staff.
It was an absolute joy to see how much fun the kids had dancing, smiling, and celebrating, knowing they were helping to make a difference for their school. It was a special day indeed!
