Any staff member or group must begin the process of applying for grant funds or soliciting donations by first securing approval from the site principal or designee. To secure approval for the application of a grant which affects multiple classrooms or multiple school sites, the individual or group must first contact the Teaching and Learning Department, Hurman Resources Department, and Finance Department. Applications for grant approval shall be submitted through the Assistant Superintendent for Teaching and Learning. Approval must be secured before a grant proposal or donation request is submitted to the funding organization or posted to online donation sites.
