The Enrollment Center will be closed on Friday September 3rd for a district meeting. We will also be closed on Monday September 6th for the Labor Day Holiday. We will reopen on Tuesday September 7th at 7:30 am, enjoy your holiday weekend.
Due to the high volume of enrollment requests that we are experiencing, complete enrollment requests can take 2-4 days to process. We ask for your patience as we work through all of the enrollment requests. Please make sure that you have added ALL of the required documents listed on the enrollment requirement page of this website. Incomplete enrollments will not be processed, once we have ALL of the documents, ALL questions and ALL signatures have been added and verified then your child will be added to the enrollment cue.
Jenks Public Schools' Enrollment Center is currently enrolling through online enrollments. Enrollments will be reviewed in the order that they are received, if documents are missing we will contact the family and the enrollment will be held until all documents are received. Once an enrollment has all required documents it will then be added to the enrollment cue to be processed, this can take up to 48 hours to complete. Enrollments are processed on a first come, first serve basis for those that have ALL documents and the online forms have been completed.
Enrollments that are older than 30 days will be deleted with the exception of PreK 3, PreK 4, Kindergarten and those on a waiting list. All other enrollments that are incomplete and have not had activity within the last 30 days will be deleted. The enrollment forms will have to be completed again if the forms were deleted due to inactivity.

The Enrollment Center no longer require parents/guardians to enroll their children in person. All enrollments will be processed online and parents can now upload the required documents to their children's account. You may complete the online enrollment process from a computer, laptop, iPad or your mobile device. The key to a smooth enrollment process is to have all documents uploaded onto your child's account prior to submitting the enrollment. Incomplete enrollments will not be processed which could result in your child not being placed in a class.
Directions for the Enrollment Process:
- Gather all of your required documents, either upload them onto your computer or you may take a photo of them on your mobile device or iPad.
- Complete the online forms Click Here. This link is for new enrollments or students who have left and are coming back only, please review all information for all instructions. You must access the online forms through this link, do not use the Parent Portal to enroll your new student. If you have not enrolled a student on Registration Gateway you will need to create an account with a username and password.
- Upload or take a photo of the required documents. Please take all photos over the top of the document (bird's eye view), review the picture to ensure that it is not blurry and is easily legible. Documents that cannot be read will be deleted and the parent/guardian will receive a text message to resubmit the document.
- Contact, once all documents and the online forms have been reviewed the Enrollment Center will email the parent/guardian a parent portal letter of your child's enrollment.
New students to JPS enrolling in grades 5, 6, 7, and 8 are required to take a Math Placement Test. The results from this test are used to identify the appropriate level of math instruction for your student.
Please click on this Math Placement Test Scheduler link to select a date and time for your student to be tested. Once you select the date and time, you will receive an email notification listing your student's appointment time, date, test location, and JPS staff member to contact if you have any questions.
