Flyer & Poster Approval

Jenks Public Schools uses Peachjar as the method to distribute flyers in an electronic format throughout the District.

Instead of sending home paper flyers with students, parents have access to the Peachjar site where flyers are be posted online.

Why electronic instead of paper flyers? Many times folders in which flyers were sent home were so overloaded, important school information could be easily missed. By using Peachjar for flyers, folders sent home with students will be utilized for only school business. Also, the online flyers will have the capability of embedding links, making it easier to register or get more information on an event.  

Each school site has its own Peachjar site where parents can find and view flyers. This site can be accessed through the Peachjar button that will be found on the District website home page, as well as each site’s homepage.

JPS is excited about this system of communication and believe these efforts to be more environmentally friendly, embrace innovative technology, and maintain fiscal responsibility.
