Tryout Cost: Please print out the PDF form linked above, fill it out, and send with student along with a check for $35.00 made out to Jenks Pom.
Tryout Clinic Details
Tryout Dates: March 6th - March 9th, 2023 (Mon, Tues, Wed, & Thurs)
Time: 4:30pm - 6:30pm
PLEASE BE ADVISED: Thursday, March 9th tryout will run later than 6:30pm.
Location: TAC Gym on High School Campus
Squad Layouts
- Middle School: 7th - 8th Grade
- Jr. High: 8th - 9th Grade
- Jr. Varsity: 9th - 12th Grade
- Varsity: 9th - 12th Grade
Parent Meeting:
February 16th, 2023 in the Sharp Hall of Fame (Third Floor) at 7:00pm
Pom Clinic:
Friday, March 3rd, 2023 (Friday) | @ TAC Gym | 1:00pm to 4:00pm
Process for Contacting our Pom Coordinator for Current Jenks Public Schools Students WITH a Valid Student ID Number
If the student in question has a current Jenks Public Schools Student ID Number, then they or their parents are welcome to contact our pom coordinator directly via email at tracye.stimson@jenksps.org to discuss joining the team.
Process for Contacting Us for Students Transferring into District
If you are considering transferring into the district and do not have a JPS student ID number yet, you are not allowed to speak with our coaches due to OSSAA policies on recruiting.
We ask that you contact the athletic department (Trojan.Athletics@jenksps.org or 918-299-4415 x2214). We will provide you with information on our pom program or set up a meeting with the athletic director if needed. You will continue going through our department staff for your athletic needs until you move into district and obtain a current student ID number. At that point, we will get you in touch with our coaches.
