Spring Tryouts for '23 - '24 Boys Basketball (Incoming 10th - 12th Graders)

Eligibility Requirements

▌ Student must have a valid Jenks student ID number and be actively enrolled in the district.

▌ Student must be an incoming 10th - 12th grader for the 2023-2024 school year beginning in August, 2023.

May 2nd, 2023

Time:

4:00pm - 6:00pm

Location:

Students attending this tryout must also bring the following items:

▌Valid student ID

▌Water bottle

Eligibility Requirements

▌ Student must have a valid Jenks student ID number and be actively enrolled in the district.

▌ Student must be an incoming 9th grader for the 2023-2024 school year beginning in August, 2023.

April 27th, 2023

Time:

4:00pm - 6:00pm

Location:

Students attending this tryout must also bring the following items:

▌Water bottle

Eligibility Requirements

▌ Student must have a valid Jenks student ID number and be actively enrolled in the district.

▌ Student must be an incoming 8th grader for the 2023-2024 school year beginning in August, 2023.

May 4th & May 5th, 2023

Time:

4:00pm - 6:00pm

Location:

Students attending this tryout must also bring the following items:

▌Valid student ID

▌Water bottle

 

Process for Students Transferring into District

If you are considering transferring into the district and do not have a JPS student ID number yet, you are not allowed to attend tryouts or speak with our coaches due to OSSAA policies on recruiting.

We ask that you contact the athletic department (Trojan.Athletics@jenksps.org or 918-299-4415 x2214). We will provide you with information on our basketball program or set up a meeting with the athletic director if needed. You will continue going through our department staff for your athletic needs until you move into district and obtain a current student ID number. At that point, we will get you in touch with our coaches.
