New Head Coach Hired for Lady Trojan Soccer
Jenks Public Schools, in conjunction with the Jenks Athletic Department, is proud to announce Michael Parker as the new head coach of the Girls Soccer program at Jenks High School, pending approval by the Jenks Public Schools’ Board of Education. Parker, who has 16 years of competitive head coaching experience in OSA, U.S. Club, Girls Academy, and ENCL organizations, has spent the last seven years as an assistant in the Jenks Girls Soccer program.
A graduate of Missouri State University, Parker led four different teams to five state finals during his time coaching in various soccer organizations and leagues. Parker holds a National D soccer license and is awaiting his National C license.
“We are thrilled to welcome Michael Parker to the Trojan coaching family,” commented Tony Dillingham, Jenks Athletic Director. “We are pleased to add a person of his caliber to an already strong district coaching staff, and we look forward to years of continued success under his leadership.”
Parker is married to his wife, Melissa, and the couple have two children, Sean, and Lauren. Both Sean and Lauren are graduates of Jenks High School and former members of the Trojan Soccer programs.
