This is my second year teaching AP Physics 1 and 2.  These classes used to be combined into one and was known as AP Physics B.  I have had the opportunity to develop these courses here at Jenks since their inception by the College Board in 2014.  I have attended many specific conferences about these new classes to help my students have a great learning experience.

I graduated with a degree in Physics Education from Brigham Young University in 1997.  I then had the opportunity to stay home and raise my 4 kids with my fantastic husband.  Now I am thrilled to be a part of the Jenks High School Science Department.  Physics is my passion.  It is an amazing subject which really helps to explain the science of the world around you.

If you are interested in Pre-Med, Engineering, or Physics, my classes are for you!  You can receive college credit by taking my classes and passing the AP Exam in May.  Hope to see you in class!
