West Intermediate Club Program Information

Location: West Intermediate Cafeteria

Hours:

6:30 a.m. – start of school
end of school day – 6:00 p.m.

If a parent does not notify the site of a child’s absence by the time students are dismissed from classes at the end of the school day, a $5.00 finders’ fee will be charged for locating the child.

A fee of $1.00 per minute per child will be charged for any child who is picked up between 6:00 p.m. and 6:05 p.m.; after 6:05 p.m. the fee will increase to $5.00 per minute per child.

Enrollment and Tuition:

Enrollment: $50.00/child ($100.00/family maximum). Enrollment is nonrefundable. Must submit current picture and immunization records at time of enrollment.

Tuition: Tuition is due on the 1st and 15th each month. Drop-in tuition is due on the day of drop-in use.

Both before and after 5 days/week: $150 ($300/month)
Both before and after 3 days/week: $100 ($200/month)
Before school only, 5 days/week: $85 ($170/month)
Before school only, 3 days/week: $65 ($130/month)
After school only, 5 days/week: $100 ($200/month)
After school only, 3 days/week: $80 ($160/month)

Enrolled drop-in:

Before and after: $23.00/day
Before: $11.00/day
After: $12.00/day

Non-enrolled drop-in:

Before and after: $27.00/day
Before: $13.00/day
After: $14.00/day
