Angela Timmons, Multiage 1st and 2nd grade Teacher
I went to Oklahoma State University and received a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education in 1997. I then went on to receive my Masters in Curriculum and Instruction in 1999. I am also a National Board Certified Teacher. I received this certification in 2008. In 2014 I recieved the SKIE (Supporting K20 Inovative Educator) award from the K20 center at the University of Oklahoma. Last year I was also recognized as a PBS Digital Innovator. Working with students is my passion. I love learning form them and facilitating their learning in our classroom. I have been teaching since 1998 and with Jenks Public Schools since 2002. This is my 4th year of teaching 1st and 2nd Multiage. My teaching partner is Elizabeth Decker.
On a personal note; I have two children (Bailey and Brady) and a husband (Andrew) who are the three consistent joys in my life. I am very blessed with a wonderful family and a wonderful career!
