Professional Development Resources


Located in the JPS Education Service Center on the 2nd floor, 211 E. "A" Street.

Hours: 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Thursday, 7:30am to 3:00pm Friday

Summer Hours: 7:30am to 4:30 pm Monday through Thursday. Closed Fridays.

Work center: A large assortment of Ellison die cuts, a laminating machine, and poster maker are available in the PDC. The cost for lamination is $.20 per linear foot and the cost for making posters is $5.50 per 23"x31" poster.  Unlimited copies may be made on the PDC copier but you must bring your own paper.

Professional Library: A professional library of over 1000 education-related resources is available for checkout to the Jenks staff members.  You may access District media inventory from any computer using the Destiny search engine.

Periodicals:  The PDC subscribes to a variety of of educational periodicals.  New issues are posted in outlook Public Folders as they are received and may be checked out by emailing Karen Burns or by visiting the PDC media center.  Current periodicals are:
