Open Enrollment
The open enrollment period is held in the Fall, with the changes becoming effective January 1, following the open enrollment period. Dates are announced every year prior to Open Enrollment.
This is the one time a year that employees can make changes to their insurance coverage or enroll in insurance coverage if they are not currently enrolled.
Benefit Meetings
The Jenks Public Schools Insurance Office hosts benefit meetings each year in the Administration Auditorium before the open enrollment period. The meetings are held during the last week of September. Dates and times are announced every year prior to the meetings.
During the benefit meetings, there will be an Oklahoma State and Education Employees Group Insurance Board representatives present to answer any questions. There will also be updated information available regarding changes for the open enrollment period.
