Middle School Club Program Information
Location: This year Middle School Club will be joining East Intermediate Club. Students will be transported to East Intermediate after school and parents will need to pick them up there.
Hours:
end of school day – 6:00 p.m.
If a parent does not notify the site of a child’s absence by the time students are dismissed from classes at the end of the school day, a $5.00 finders’ fee will be charged for locating the child.
A fee of $1.00 per minute per child will be charged for any child who is picked up between 6:00 p.m. and 6:05 p.m.; after 6:05 p.m. the fee will increase to $5.00 per minute per child.

Enrollment and Tuition:
Enrollment: $50.00/child ($100.00/family maximum). Enrollment is nonrefundable. Must submit current picture and immunization records at time of enrollment.
Tuition: Tuition is due on the 1st and 15th each month. Drop-in tuition is due on the day of drop-in use.
After school 5 days/week: $90.00 ($180.00/month)
After school 3 days/week: $70.00, ($140.00/month)
Enrolled drop-in: $12.00/day
Non-enrolled drop-in: $14.00/day
