To register an event to receive PD points, go here and fill out the Adobe form online, then print it out or save it to your PC and send it to Dan Manley at the HS 5 Media Center. After your event is registered on the Professional Registration System, the PDC will issue a pre-printed sign-up sheet with names of registrants, or you can print a generic sign-in sheet from the website. Events should have an agenda, goal sheet or lesson plan which explains the instructional purpose of the event.
PD360 is the online, interactive training program. You can obtain login information from your CRI or PD Team member.
For grants for outside training opportunities, find a grant form in either the HS 5 or HS 6 mailrooms.
