Report A Student Safety Concern

If the risk you are reporting is an immediate emergency (a person's life is at risk) please call the school directly to report your concern during school hours.  If it is after school hours please call 911.

Thank you for your concern in filing this report.  In order to act as quickly as possible, please provide as much detailed information as possible.  This information might include:  names of students involved (first and last), location that the event has or will occur, what was said or communicated (text, twitter, facebook) to cause the report.  If it would be easier or you would feel more comfortable by having someone contact you, please leave your contact information (e-mail and phone number) below.

At Jenks High School we take the issue of student safety very seriously.  Using this site to knowingly file a false report may result in disciplinary and/or legal actions being taken.
