James McNabb, Director of Transportation

James McNabb joined the district in 2008 with 18 years of management experience. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), served as president of the Bartlesville SHRM chapter as well as serving on the Oklahoma State Board for SHRM. James has also held the Professional in Human Resources certification through the Human Resource Certification Institute since 2001.
McNabb Graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.A. from Langston and was honored as the highest ranked student in his graduating class. McNabb completed his M.B.A. (Masters of Business Administration) in 2007 and is a member of the Delta Mu Delta honor society for business administration.
More recently, McNabb served as an Oklahoma delegate to the 2010 National Congress on Student Transportation. McNabb also serves as an adjunct professor for Southern Nazarene University’s M.B.A and Master of Nursing programs and as a review editor for SNU’s online magazine.
