Ben has worked in the field of education for over 30 years as a teacher, principal, and director of transportation. Currently, he supervises and oversees all remodeling and new construction projects and maintenance. During the summer of 2011, Jenks Public Schools had over $42 million in active construction projects. He graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in education, with emphasis on special education. His Master's degree in School Administration was earned at Northeastern State University of Oklahoma. Ben assists the Superintendent with the Bond Task Force and will take on just about any project. He reportedly "bleeds maroon" and notes that he only wore a tie for this picture.
