Deborah Smith, Accounts Payable Clerk
Deborah was hired by the District in 1994 as the switchboard operator and administrative assistant in the PDC. She moved to the business office in 1998 as accounts payable coordinator. Deborah processes invoices for payment after receiving approval, prepares bond fund expenditures, processes travel vouchers, and interacts with vendors regarding payments and questions. She is also cross trained in the purchasing and activity fund departments.
The variety in Deborah's job makes for never a dull moment. She has many different types of tasks to accomplish each day. Deborah enjoys working with the staff in the Administration Building.
You will find Deborah spending special time with her grandchildren on the weekends.
