A Driving Purpose
At the annual Back To School Rally, Jenks Public Schools' employees were challenged to ask themselves a simple question...why?
Why do you teach? Why have you devoted your life to serving students? Why are you here at JPS?
To help answer that question, Chuck Fisher shared his story. At 80 years old, the Army veteran and JPS bus driver is one of hundreds of employees who play a vital role in fulfilling the mission of this District. Although he may not be seen or heard from often, Chuck goes about his job every single day with a happy heart and a spirit of service.
Please watch and listen carefully to the inspiring words of a man who embodies exactly what it means to be a Trojan.
