Flier & Poster Approval
Please fill out the Flier/Poster Checklist. In addition to this form, you will also need to send or drop off a copy of the flier/poster you would like to distribute. Both the completed form and the flier/poster may be sent via e-mail to jane.hedrick@jenksps.org or by FAX to (918) 299-9197. Fliers/Posters may also be dropped off at the Communications Office in the Education Service Center during regular business hours. Applications for flier approvals are collected throughout the week, processed on Friday, and approvals are sent the following Monday.
There are restrictions regarding the types of materials that can be distributed, and for more information, please review Section 3.10 of the School Board Policy.
Once you have received approval you will need to bundle your fliers or posters in the amounts indicated on the approval form. Bundles must be delivered to the main office of each site by no later than noon on the Wednesday of the week you would like them to be distributed. You may deliver the bundles earlier than that date, however, any documents arriving after this deadline will not be distributed until the following week.

Note: Fliers are not distributed the first two weeks of school. This time period is reserved for school business only.
